For the 2006 Women's World Cup, members of the New York Rugby Club created a supporters shirt for both USA players and fans. Nobody expected the widespread interest in the shirts, nor did anyone expect to hear about how uplifting it felt to look up from the pitch and witness a sea of red supporting from the stands!
