The New York Rugby Club is the oldest rugby club in the United States, and fields highly competitive Division I Men's and Women's teams, U-19 Boy's and Girls teams, as well as a Master's side. The NYRC was founded to continue a tradition of excellence, sportsmanship and fun, on and off the field, that dates back to the formation of the NYRFC in 1929.

Bakline co-founder and NYRC member Rob Schnabel was tasked with redesigning the NYRC identity and brand helping to take the club into its next chapter of growth. In 2003, the Manhattan Rugby Club and New York Rugby Club merged further strengthening the future of the club, it's players and alumni network.
